Being mindful is the ability to focus our attention. Our students learn to slow down, take in information and make decisions. 

Mindful Awareness

 

Cultivating children’s mindful awareness teaches them to be present, non-judgmental, and thoughtful. Students understand their true selves and regard others with compassion.

The Practice of Mindful Awareness is applied through various activities:

  • Mindful Breathing

  • Meditation

  • Compassion Practice
